Abstract:

本文介绍了火法再生铜制杆行业发展现状和再生铜精炼工艺原理,就再生铜制杆进行了实践性质量分析和研究,提出连铸连轧工序质量控制点、冷却水流量指标、工艺节点控制参数、异物控制理化指标,分析影响再生铜杆产品质量的化学性能(成份)、电性能(体积电阻率)、加工性能(拉丝、退火)指标的成因,形成再生铜杆质量优劣判断和解决问题方法的实操性成果。
This paper systematically introduces the development status of pyrometallurgical recycled copper rod industry and the principle of recycled copper refining process, makes a practical quality analysis and research on recycled copper rod, puts forward the quality control points of continuous casting and rolling process, cooling water flow index, process node control parameters, foreign matter control physical and chemical indexes, and deeply analyzes the causes of the chemical properties (composition) electrical properties (volume resistivity) and processability (wire drawing, annealing and loss) indexes affecting the product quality of recycled copper rod, forming the practical results of judging the quality of recycled copper rod and solving problems.
