本文建立了土壤中2-巯基苯并噻唑的测试方法,土壤样品经自然风干后,称取5.0 g样品用玻璃纤维滤膜包裹起来,放入索氏提取器套筒中,用100 mL丙酮溶剂索氏抽提16~18 h,收集提取液,用旋转蒸发仪浓缩提取液至1 mL,液相色谱–光电二极管阵列紫外可见光检测器进行上机测试,其中以C18液相色谱柱为净化柱,以乙腈:水(70:30)为流动相等梯度洗脱,检测器波长为320 nm。经过实验,得出空白加标回收效率为93.3%~97.9%,相对标准偏差为2.4%,土壤样品低浓度加标和高浓度加标回收效率分别为(98.4 ± 2.4)%和(95.3 ± 2.6)%,方法最低检出限为0.60 g/kg。
In this paper, a test method for 2-mercaptobenzothiazole in soil was established. After natural air drying, 5.0 g of soil samples were weighed, wrapped with glass fiber filter membrane, put into the sleeve of Soxhlet extractor, Soxhlet extraction with 100 ml acetone solvent for 16~18 hours, collected the extraction solution, and concentrated the extraction solution to 1 ml with rotary evaporator. The liquid chromatography photodiode array UV-Vis detector was tested on the machine. The C18 liquid chromatography column was used as the purification column, acetonitrile:water (70:30) was used as the flow, and the gradient elution was equal. The detector wavelength was 320 nm. Through the experiment, the recovery efficiency of blank spiked standard was 93.3%~97.9%, the relative standard deviation was 2.4%, the recovery efficiency of low concentration spiked standard and high concentration spiked standard of soil samples were (98.4 ± 2.4)% and (95.3 ± 2.6)% respectively, and the minimum detection limit of the method was 0.60 μg/kg.
