Abstract:
就护理执行力的概念、不足原因、影响因素及改善举措进行综述，提供个人、管理者及团队高护理质量的策略。
It reviewed the concept, insufficient reasons, influencing factors and improve-ment measures of nursing executive power, so as to provide individuals, managers and teams with strategies for improving nursing quality.
