Abstract:

为改善河道生态环境,唐山市规划将东郊污水处理厂、北郊污水处理厂进行提标改造。受厂区用地限制,拟将东郊和北郊污水处理厂合并迁建至市区外,成立东北郊污水处理厂。东北郊污水处理厂出水部分回用,其余排入陡河支流石榴河。本文提出了石榴河及陡河水域管理目标与要求,评价了石榴河及陡河涉及河段的现状水质,同时通过建模预测了污水处理厂正常工况排水对石榴河排污口以下河段水质的影响进而对陡河石榴河汇水口以下河段水功能区水质的影响,定性分析了对石榴河水生态、地下水环境以及第三者的影响。东北郊污水处理设计出水水质标准更高,同时优于石榴河现状水质,排水对石榴河、陡河水质有积极作用,对石榴河排污口附近河段水生态和周边地下水环境影响较小,对其他用水户基本无影响。
To improve the river ecological environment, the sewage treatment plants in the eastern suburb and the northern suburb are planning to be upgraded in the Tangshan City. Limited by the land use of the plant area, it is proposed to merge and relocate the eastern suburb and the northern suburb sewage treatment plants outside the urban area to establish the northeast suburb sewage treatment plant. The management objectives and requirements were proposed, and then the current water quality in the Shiliu and Dou Rivers were evaluated. The impact of the normal working conditions of the sewage treatment plant on the water quality below the sewage outlet of the Shiliu River were modeled. The impact on the water ecology, groundwater environment and third parties of the water function area in the Shiliu and Dou Rivers was qualitatively analyzed. The northeastern suburb sewage treatment has a higher water quality standard and is better than the current water quality in the Shiliu River. Drainage has a positive effect on the water quality, and there is basically no impact on other water users.
