某机场第二跑道规划方案研究与探讨
Research and Discussion on the Second Runway Planning Scheme of an Airdrome

随着我国民航运输业的快速发展，国内一批枢纽机场因机场容量饱和相继规划并建设了第二跑道。本文以某机场为例，针对机场出现的航校飞行训练对民航飞行影响较大的问题，对其规划第二跑道进行了需求分析；结合机场周边自然环境、周边限制性人工现有设施、与城市规划的关系等情况，在明确了第二跑道功能定位的基础上，提出了某机场第二跑道的规划方案，并进行了比选，最后对第二跑道规划的关键因素进行了分析和探讨。
With the rapid development of domestic civil aviation transportation industry, a number of do-mestic hub airports have planned and constructed the second runway due to airport capacity saturation. Taking an airdrome as an example, aiming at the problem that training flight of avia-tion school has a great impact on civil aviation flight, this paper analyzes the requirement of its second runway planning; Considering the natural environment and the existing restricted artifi-cial facilities around the airport, the relationship with the urban planning, on the basis of clarify-ing the functional positioning of the second runway, the planning scheme of the second runway of an airport is put forward and compared. Finally, this paper analyzes and discusses the key factors of the second runway planning in the airport planning.
