辅导员视角下学生党建工作与思政工作深度融合的探索与研究
Exploration and Research on the Deep Integration of Students’ Party Construction Work and Ideological and Political Work from the Perspective of Counselors

高校基层党建与思想政治教育工作是高校育人工作的重点，而辅导员不仅是思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，也是学生党建的主体实现者。本文以辅导员的视角，探求两者的内在区别、联系及融合发展的重要意义，并提出两者融合发展的有效途径和策略。
The grass-roots party construction in colleges and universities and the ideological and political education work is the key of the educational work in colleges and universities, and counselors is not only the backbone of ideological and political education work, is also the subject implementer of students’ party construction. This article, in view of the counselor, explores the internal relation and the significance of the integration development, puts forward the effective ways to the development of their fusion and its strategy.
