中亚沙棘 × 中国沙棘杂交F1代优株的基础生长发育指标对比分析

Abstract:

对于沙棘属植物中亚沙棘、中国沙棘两个亚种间的杂交F1代实生苗,大田定植后采用全面测定其树高、地径、冠幅、百果重、果实株产等基础生长发育指标的方法,从51株中优选出生态、经济效益俱佳的10个F1代双中杂雌沙棘优株,其果实株产较蒙中杂雌沙棘高,并经调查树体感染缩叶病的病枝比例,优选出4个高抗病沙棘植株(病枝比例均为0),其中2个高产、2个中产:“双中杂雌沙棘09号”“双中杂雌沙棘38号”均为高产高抗病沙棘,株产分别为27.67 kg、12.23 kg;“双中杂雌沙棘39号”为中产多固形物高抗病沙棘(株产7.32 kg,可溶性固形物含量17.9%),“双中杂雌沙棘01号”为中产高抗病沙棘(株产2.80 kg)。这4个高抗病沙棘,将为以后的生态经济型林分建设和有关沙棘亚种间杂交育种研究工作提供优质材料。
For the F1 hybrid seedlings between the two subspecies of seabuckthorn, H. rhamnoides ssp. tur-kestanica and H. r. ssp. sinensis, after field planting, by comprehensively measuring the basic growth and development indexes such as tree height, ground diameter, crown width, 100 fruit weight and fruit yield per plant, 10 F1 hybrid female superior plants of Hippophae rhamnoides ssp. turkestanica-sinensis with good ecological and economic benefits were selected from 51 plants, and the fruit yield per plant was higher than that of Hippophae rhamnoides ssp. mongolica-sinensis, and four highly resistant superior plants were selected (the proportion of diseased shoots was 0) after investigating the proportion of diseased shoots infected with leaf roll disease, two of them were high-yield and two were middle-class. “Shuangzhongzacishaji 09” and “Shuangzhongzacishaji 38” were high-yield and disease resistant ones, and the fruit yield per plant was 27.67 kg and 12.23 kg respectively. “Shuangzhongzacishaji 39” was a middle-class yield, polysolids, and high disease resistant one (fruit yield per plant 7.32 kg, soluble solid content 17.9%), and “Shuangzhongzacishaji 01” was a middle-class yield, high disease resistant one (fruit yield per plant 2.80 kg). Those four high disease resistant superior plants will provide high-quality material sources for the construction of ecological and economic forests and the research on inter-specific hybridization breeding of Hippophae in the future.
