总氮的含量是我们用来衡量水体污染的一个重要指标之一,所以总氮检测的准确值就显得尤为重要。影响准确值的内外因素也有很多,为保证实验的精确性,每一步操作都得按照相关规定去完成以避免误差。目前我们使用的检测方法GB636-2012适用于地下水、地表水的测定,水中亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮、无机铵盐、溶解态氨气及大部分有机含氮化合物中氮的总和都是可以被检测出来的指标。总氮的最低检测浓度为0.02 mg/L,最高检测浓度为7 mg/L。
