通过文献资料法、田野考察法及专家访谈法对民族传统体育文化助推乡村振兴及当代价值做了研究。民族传统体育文化的发展起到了防止返贫的示范作用。民族传统体育文化增强扶贫的“扶志”“扶智”相结合，改善贫困地区内生发展动力，由“输血式”转向“造血式”扶贫，通过发展民族传统体育文化产业的产品生产、产品销售、项目表演、全民健身“体医融合”、体旅结合等增加农村劳动力多渠道拓宽再就业、传授体育文化技艺增加物质收入，为贫困地区民众提供稳定就业和可持续性收入，进而形成稳定的脱贫长效机制。
In this paper, the promotion of traditional national sports culture to rural revitalization and its con-temporary value are studied through literature review, field investigation and expert interview methods. The development of traditional national sports culture plays a demonstration role in pre-venting the re-poverty. Specifically, it further enhances both “ambition” and “wisdom” in terms of poverty alleviation, promotes the endogenous development of poverty-stricken areas, and changes the poverty alleviation mode from “helping” to “enabling”. In addition, it increases the rural labor force, expands the re-employment channels, spreads sports culture skills and helps the public in-crease material incomes by developing and selling the products of traditional national sports cul-ture, offering project performances, and integrating the fitness-for-all programs “sports and medical treatment” and “sports and tourism”, etc., and provides stable employment opportunities and sus-tainable income sources for the public in poverty-stricken areas, thus establishing a stable long-term poverty alleviation mechanism.
