顶推法施工偏位误差对钢箱梁桥受力状态影响研究——以苏州剑科路桥梁为例

Abstract:
顶推法施工过程中由于环境变化以及人为因素等影响会产生偏位误差。本文以苏州剑科路钢箱梁桥项目的顶推法施工为依据,采用有限元软件Midas Civil分析了顶推过程中的最不利工况,并采用有限元软件Abaqus分析了三个方向的施工偏位误差对最不利工况下钢箱梁的受力状态的影响,希望能够为其他采用顶推法施工的钢箱桥梁项目提供借鉴和参考。
In the process of incremental construction, deviation error will be produced due to environmental change and human factors and so on. In this paper, based on the incremental construction process of Suzhou Jianke Road bridge project, the finite element software Midas Civil was used to analyze the most unfavorable working conditions in the process of incremental construction. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the influence of construction deviation errors in three directions under the most unfavorable working conditions. It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference for other steel box bridge projects which adopt incremental construction method.
