新文科建设背景下理工科院校人文社科类硕士研究生人才培养模式创新研究——以中国矿业大学(北京)文法学院为例 Innovative Talent Cultivation Mode of Postgraduates of Humanities and Social Sci-ences in Polytechnic Universities under the Context of New Liberal Arts Construction—Taking the School of Law and Humanities of China University of Mining and Technology-Beijing as an Example
研究生教育培养体系关系到国家高层次人才发展战略，也是一个国家未来社会发展的引擎和动力。通过对照本院各学科专业人才培养现状，结合国家人才培养的内涵和社会需求，提出构建人文社科类“资源共享式”研究生培养模式，搭建并利用多种资源共享平台，实现研究生教育优质资源的共享，以达到培养具有开放观念、创新意识与合作精神、具有一定的学科交叉背景的高质量的多样化人才，最终提高研究生整体培养质量的目的。
The postgraduate education and cultivation system is related to a country’s high-level talent development strategy, and it is also the engine and driving force of its future social progress. After comparing the current talent cultivation in various disciplines of our school with the connotation of national talent training and social needs, we propose to construct a “resource-sharing” cultivation mode for postgraduates of humanities and social sciences, build and use multiple platforms to achieve high-quality resource sharing for graduate education, so as to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality and diverse talents with open concepts, innovative awareness and cooperative spirit, and a certain interdisciplinary background, and improve the overall quality of postgraduates in the end.
