2020限硫令实施后引发的问题和思考

Abstract:
2020年1月1日，国际海事组织2020限硫令正式实施，船东使用以下三种措施应对：船用低硫燃料油、船舶废气清洗系统、船舶新能源。本文重点罗列了船东应对限硫令后，遇到的问题，并对遇到的问题进行了思考。
On January 1, 2020, the IMO sulphur 2020 limit was officially implemented. Shipowners use the following three measures: low sulfur fuel oil for ships, ship exhaust gas cleaning system and new energy for ships. This paper focuses on the problems encountered by shipowners after dealing with the sulphur limit order, and thinks about the problems encountered.
