目的：对优质护理在老年性白内障护理中的应用进行探讨。方法：选取的患者为在我院治疗的老年性白内障患者，选取时间集中于2017年7月~2019年2月，所收治的患者例数为73例。根据数字表法将这73例患者分别分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者37例，主要接受常规会理，观察组36例，主要采用优质护理。对比分析两组患者的满意度、生活质量、并发症发生率、疾病认知、术后视力及住院的时间。结果：通过采用两个组的护理方式，对照组和观察组的患者满意度和生活质量相比，观察组比对照组高；观察组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活方面，经过对比发现，观察组的各项指标均优于对照组，说明观察组所采用的优质护理效果较对照组采用的常规护理高。两组实验之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：优质护理对老年性白内障病患者的治疗有着很大的疗效，患者的满意度及生活质量等方面都得到了很大的提升，且患者术后并发症发生率显著降低，值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To discuss the application
of high-quality nursing in the nursing of senile cataract. Methods: The
selected patients were senile cataract patients treated in our hospital. The
selection time was concentrated from July 2017 to February 2019. The number of
patients admitted were 73 cases. According to the digital table method, these
73 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.
There were 37 patients in the control group, who mainly received routine
consultation, and the observation group, 36 patients, who mainly used
high-quality nursing care. The satisfaction, quality of life, complication
rate, disease cognition, postoperative visual acuity and hospitalization time
of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: By adopting the two
groups of nursing methods, compared with the observation group’s patient
satisfaction and quality of life, the observation group was higher than the
control group; the observation group’s physical function, mental function,
social function, and material life. The comparison found that the observation
group’s indicators were better than those of the control group, indicating that
the high-quality nursing effect of the observation group was higher than that
of the control group. The data difference between the two groups of experiments
was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: High-quality nursing has a great effect on the treatment of patients with senile cataract. The satisfaction and quality of life of the patients have been greatly improved, and the incidence of postoperative complications has been significantly reduced. It is worthy of clinical application.
