Abstract:

目的:在急诊患儿的静脉滴注护理中开展心理护理对患儿的影响做出探究分析。方法:选取2018年至2020年我院急诊科收治的60例急诊静脉滴注患儿作为研究观察的对象,通过电脑分组法将急诊静脉滴注患儿分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组急诊静脉滴注患儿安排给予常规护理,实验组急诊静脉滴注患儿安排在常规护理的基础上加以心理护理,研究分析两组急诊静脉滴注患儿的护理效果以及负面情绪、护理依从性、护理满意度、不良反应发生率。结果:心理护理组的急诊静脉滴注患儿护理效果较好,心理护理对急诊静脉滴注患儿消除负面情绪有帮助,心理护理组的急诊静脉滴注患儿护理依从性更高,患儿及其家属对护理工作人员的满意度高,急诊静脉滴注患儿的不良反应发生率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:使用心理护理对急诊静脉滴注患儿进行护理更为安全有效,有助于提高患儿及其家属对护理工作的满意度,减弱患儿的负面情绪,降低患儿的不良反应发生率,对患儿病情有利
Objective: To explore and analyze the influence of psychological nursing in intravenous drip nursing of emergency children. Methods: From 2018 to 2020, 60 cases of emergency intravenous infusion children admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the objects of study and observation. The children were divided into control group and experimental group by computer grouping method, with 30 cases in each group. Routine nursing care was arranged for the emergency intravenous infusion children in the control group, and psychological nursing care was arranged on the basis of routine nursing care for the emergency intravenous infusion children in the experimental group. The nursing effect, negative emotions, nursing compliance, nursing satisfaction and adverse reaction rate of the emergency intravenous drip children in the two groups were analyzed. Results: Psychological nursing group of intravenous drip with emergency care effect is good, the psychological nursing of intravenous drip with emergency help eliminate negative emotions, psychological nursing group of emergency nursing has higher compliance, intravenous drip with children and their families to nursing staff satisfaction is high; the emergency treatment of intravenous drip with a lower incidence of adverse reactions, statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of psychological nursing care for emergency intravenous infusion of children is more safe and effective, is conducive to improve the satisfaction of the children and their families to the nursing work, reduce the negative emotions of the children, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of the children, and is beneficial to the condition of the children.
