Abstract:

目的:探讨根本原因分析法在门诊护理教学中的应用效果。方法:采用回顾性分析法,整理我科2019年6月至2020年3月在本院门诊实习轮转的24名护理实习生出科理论、操作考核及教学授课问卷满意度,进行根本原因分析,制定相应措施并实施,完善并建立与带教相关的制度,出科时对学生进行理论、操作考核,并及时进行教学效果评价。对2020年6月至2021年3月的干预后的效果进行评价和追踪。结果:2020年6月至2021年3月根据根因分析法实施相关干预措施,门诊护理实习生出科理论、技能操作考核成绩、护生对临床护理教学满意度得分均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。结论:根本原因分析法运用于门诊护理实习生教学管理中,有助于提升门诊护生对临床实习综合能力与护理教学满意度。
Objective: To explore the application effect of root cause analysis method in outpatient nursing teaching. Methods: A retrospective analysis method was used to sort out the 24 nursing interns who were in the outpatient practice rotation in our hospital from June 2019 to March 2020. The satisfaction degree of the outpatient theory, operation assessment and teaching questionnaire was sorted out, the root cause was analyzed, and take the corresponding measures and implement them, improve and establish a system related to teaching, conduct theoretical and operational assessments on students when they leave the department, and conduct timely teaching effect evaluations. Evaluate and track the effects of the intervention from June 2020 to March 2021. Results: From June 2020 to March 2021, the relevant intervention measures were implemented according to the root cause analysis method. The scores of outpatient nursing interns’ theory, skill operation assessment, and nursing students’ satisfaction with clinical nursing teaching were all higher than those of the control group. Compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The root cause analysis method is used in the teaching management of outpatient nursing interns, which helps to improve outpatient nursing students’ comprehensive ability in clinical internship and their satisfaction with nursing teaching.
