基于仿真实训平台的学生营养与健康促进之现实意义

Abstract:
仿真职业情境的创设是高等职业院校开展职业技能训练和创新创业教育的重要举措。以苏州市职业大学为例,借助创设营养类课程的仿真职业情境、打造专业化仿真实训平台,在训练学生专业素养、职业技能与创新创业能力的同时,有效地普及与传播营养与健康知识,倡导平衡膳食的理念,形成良好的饮食行为,促进大学生的营养与健康,并在实践基础上提出了基于仿真实训平台开展大学生营养与健康促进活动的若干实施策略。
The creation of simulated career situations is an important measure to carry out vocational skill training and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. Taking Suzhou Vocational University as an example, the authors create a professional simulation training platform with the help of simulated career situations for nutrition courses. While training students’ professional qualities, vocational skills and innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, the authors effectively popularize and disseminate nutrition and health knowledge, advocate the concept of balanced diet, form good eating behaviors, and promote the nutrition and health of college students. On the basis of practice, this article puts forward several implementation strategies based on simulation training platform to carry out nutrition and health promotion activities for college students.
