目的：观察年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)、糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞等患者行玻璃体腔注射康柏西普的住院患者，对他们进行围手术期的护理干预，包括围手术期的护理措施及并发症的预防和处理后，是否能够提高患者的就诊质量和治疗效果。方法：随机选取我院在2019年1月至2019年8月期间收治的228例行玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普患者作为研究对象，计算机随机分为两组，每组有114例患者。所有患者注药前的视力在0.01~0.5之间。对围手术期予以规范化护理干预，观察实验组和对照组患者术后视力提高情况以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果：通过1个月后复查得知，实验组患者视力改善率为 85.96%。对照组患者视力改善率为75.44%。两组患者的视力改善率相比较差异明显(P < 0.05)。实验组患者中并发症发生率为0.88%。对照组患者中并发症发生率7.89%。两组组间对比并发症发生率差异明显(P < 0.05)。结论：实验组行玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普患者的视力改善情况和并发症发生率与对照组相比更具优势(P < 0.05)。加强玻璃体腔注射康柏西普围手术期的护理干预，能够有效提高患者的就诊质量和治疗效果，有效规范的围手术期护理效果显著。
Aim: To observe the inpatients with
age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic retinopathy and retinal vein
occlusion who received intravitreal injection of conbercept. The perioperative
nursing intervention includes perioperative nursing measures and the prevention
and treatment of complications, whether it can improve the quality of patients’
treatment and treatment effect. Methods: A total of 228 patients admitted to
our hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 for intravitreal injection of
conbercept were randomly selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into
two groups, each with 114 patients. The visual acuity of all patients was
between 0.01 and 0.5 before injection. Results:
According to the review 1 month later, the visual acuity improvement
rate of the experimental group was 85.96%. The visual acuity rate of the
control group was 75.44%.The visual acuity improvement rate of the two groups
was significantly different (P < 0.05). The complication rate was 0.88% in the experimental group. The incidence of complications in the control group was 7.89%. There were significant differences in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the experimental group, the visual acuity and incidence of complications were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). To strengthen the perioperative nursing intervention of conbercept with intravitreal injection can effectively improve the patients’ medical quality and treatment effect, and the effective and standard perioperative nursing effect is remarkable.
