三个品种枇杷果实发育过程中内源激素含量的变化

Abstract:
目的:探明种子和果肉中内源激素含量变化对三个品种的枇杷坐果和幼果发育的影响。方法:对三个品种枇杷果实发育过程中种子和果肉中的内源激素含量的变化进行分析。结果:IAA (Indole-3-Acetic-Acid,生长素)含量随着枇杷果实快速生长期的到来而逐渐上升,GA (Gibberellic acid,赤霉素)和ZR (Zeatin Riboside,玉米素核苷)含量在果实发育初期达到高峰,随果实发育而逐渐下降,二者在坐果和幼果发育中起着重要的促进作用,可以提高结实率,而且二者具有极强的相关性,三个品种中二者的相关系数分别为:“Marc”为0.965**、“早钟6号”为0.831*、“M.C.B”为0.900*。ABA (Abscisic acid,脱落酸)的含量则随果实的成熟呈上升趋势;从各激素含量比值的变化规律可以得出:种子中各激素的含量变化在果实发育过程中的作用更为重大。结论:三个品种枇杷种子中内源激素的比值均远大于果肉中,以GA/ABA、ZR/ABA以及(IAA + GA + ZR)/ABA更能反应果实的生长发育规律。
Objective: The changes of content of four kinds of endogenous hormones in the flesh and seeds of loquat were studied. Method: The changes of content of four kinds of endogenous hormones in the flesh and seeds of loquat were studied. Result: It showed that: IAA increased gradually with the coming of fruit rapid growth; GA and ZR were the highest at the beginning of fruit development; they decreased gradually following the maturation of the fruit, and they were relative to each other extremely. ABA increased followed by the fruit development. From the changes of hormones ratio, we can get that the content of hormone in the seeds was more important; the hormone ratio in seeds was higher than that in flesh; GA/ABA, ZR/ABA, (IAA + GA + ZR)/ABA could respond better the characteristic of fruit growth and development.
