吴茱萸外敷对腹腔镜结直肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复的影响
Effect of External Application of Evodia on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function after Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Surgery

目的：探讨吴茱萸热熨脐周及内关穴对腹腔镜结直肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：将60腔镜结直肠癌术后患者采用抽签法随机分为2组，对照组30例给予术后常规治疗，观察组30例在常规治疗的基础上，术后12 h给予吴茱萸热熨脐周和内关穴。通过比较两组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气及排便时间，评价胃肠道功能恢复的情况。结果：观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气及排便时间均明显短于对照组(P均 < 0.05)。观察组、对照组患者在术后的VRS评分相比，无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；在术后1 d、术后3 d时，观察组患者的VRS评分相较于对照组更低，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗过程中均未发现不良反应。结论：吴茱萸热熨脐周及内关穴对于腹腔镜结直肠癌术后胃肠道功能恢复有促进作用，且简便易行，安全可靠。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Evodia hot pressing around the umbilical cord and Neiguan points on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery. Methods: 60 patients with colorectal cancer after endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups by lottery. 30 patients in the control group received conventional postoperative treatment, and 30 patients in the observation group received conventional treatment with Evodia hot pressing the umbilical cord and Zhouhe Neiguan 12 hours after the operation. By comparing the recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of first exhaust and defecation, the recovery of gastrointestinal function was evaluated. Results: The postoperative bowel sound recovery time, first exhaust and defecation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). Compared with the observation group and the control group, the VRS scores after surgery were not statistically significant (P > 0.05); at 1 d and 3 d after the operation, the observation group had a lower VRS score than the control group. There is statistical significance (P < 0.05). No adverse reactions were found in the observation group and control group during treatment. Conclusion: Evodia hot pressing around the umbilical cord and Neiguan points can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery. It is simple and easy to perform, safe and reliable.
