Abstract:

目的：探讨大学生人际信任与孤独感的关系，以及交往焦虑在大学生人际信任和孤独感之间的中介作用。方法：使用人际信任量表、交往焦虑量表、孤独感量表对311名大学生进行问卷调查。结果：1) 大学生人际信任与孤独感之间呈显著负相关(r = ？0.32, p < 0.01)，与交往焦虑也呈显著负相关(r = ？0.18, p < 0.01)，交往焦虑与孤独感之间呈显著正相关(r = 0.34, p < 0.01)。2) 人际信任对孤独感的直接效应显著，交往焦虑在大学生人际信任和孤独感之间起部分中介作用。结论：大学生的人际信任水平越低，会在人际交往中感到较多的交往焦虑，进而产生更多的孤独感。提高大学生的人际信任水平，有利于减轻大学生的交往焦虑，缓解大学生的孤独感。
Objective: To explore the relationship between interpersonal trust and loneliness of college stu-dents, and the mediating mechanism among interpersonal trust, interaction anxiety and loneli-ness in college students. Methods: A total of 311 college students were invited to fill in interpersonal trust scale, interpersonal anxiety scale and loneliness scale. Results: 1) There is a significant negative correlation between interpersonal trust and loneliness (r = ？0.32, p < 0.01), there is a significant negative correlation between interpersonal trust and interaction anxiety (r = ？0.18, p < 0.01), and there is a significant positive correlation between interaction anxiety and loneliness (r = 0.34, p < 0.01). 2) Interaction anxiety plays a mediation role between interpersonal trust and loneliness among college students. Conclusion: Improving the interpersonal trust level of college students is beneficial to reduce their communication anxiety and reduce the loneliness of college students.
