目的：探讨病区封闭式管理在新冠肺炎流行期间的应用效果。方法：采用回顾性研究的方法，选取老年病科采取封闭式管理前的2019年5月20日至11月30日期间187位住院患者作为对照组，将封闭式管理后的2020年5月20日至11月30日期间134位住院患者作为研究组，比较两组患者在封闭式管理前后的患方满意度、医护满意度、纠纷投诉率、呼吸道感染率。结果：施行封闭式管理后，不但确保老年病区没有受到新冠肺炎疫情的累及，满意度、呼吸道感染发生率、纠纷投诉明显优于对照组(p < 0.05)。结论：封闭式管理老年医学科，对于防范特定传染病效果明显，同时能提高医患双方满意度，对于防范其他交叉感染，减少纠纷隐患也有明显效果。
Objective: Explore the effect of
enclosed management during the epidemic of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia. Method:
Apply retrospective approach to select 187 patients in the geriatric department
from May 20 to November 30, 2019 before enclosed management as the control
group and select 134 patients from May 20 to November 30, 2020 after enclosed
management as the experiment group. Compare the patients’ satisfaction, medical
care satisfaction, dispute complaint rate, and respiratory tract infection rate
of the two groups of patients before and after enclosed management. Results:
After the enclosed management, not only that the elderly wards were not
affected by the new coronary pneumonia epidemic, but the satisfaction, the
incidence of respiratory infections, and dispute complaints were also
significantly better than the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The enclosed management geriatrics department has obvious effects on preventing specific infectious diseases, and can also improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients. It also has obvious effects on preventing other cross-infections and reducing hidden dangers of disputes.
