|
Abstract:
This study selected 90 middle school students as participants to investigate the relationship be-tween middle school students’ self-concept and attentional bias to school bullying cues using a point-detection paradigm. The results showed that adolescents had an attentional bias to school bullying cues, and their reaction times to school bullying words were significantly shorter than neutral words. In addition, self-concept had an effect on adolescents’ attentional bias to school bullying cues, and the reaction times of adolescents with low self-concept to school bullying cues were significantly shorter than adolescents with high self-concept.
