Abstract:

为研究空重混编货物列车提速对车辆动力学性能的影响,以某货物列车为研究对象,基于循环变量的模块化方法建立货物列车动力学模型,仿真分析了编组类型、速度、线路条件下对列车动力学性能的影响。选用不同编组货物列车进行了现场提速试验,对比分析了提速前后列车运行平稳性及稳定性,为空重混编货物列车提速可行性进行了理论及试验论证。研究结果表明:动力学理论计算结果与测试结果具有较好的一致性,其数据均能够有效反应车辆动力学性能。研究区段内空重混编货物列车提速至90 km/h各项动力学性能指标均满足要求。本文研究内容为铁路货运组织运输及货物列车提速提供了理论依据及试验方法。
In order to study the influence of the speed up of freight train on the vehicle dynamics behavior, a freight train dynamics model was established based on the modular method of cyclic variables, and the dynamic behavior of the freight train was simulated and analyzed under marshalling patterns, speeds and line conditions. On site speed up test was carried out with different marshalling freight train, and the stability and ride-index of the trains before and after speed-up were compared and analyzed. The feasibility of increasing the speed of freight train with mixed marshaling of light and heavy cars was demonstrated theoretically and experimentally. The research results show that the calculation results of the dynamics theory are in good agreement with the test results, which can effectively reflect the dynamic behavior of the vehicle. All the dynamic behavior indexes of the freight train in the research section meet the requirements of increasing speed to 90 km/h. This paper provides theoretical basis and method for railway freight organization transportation and freight train speed-up.
