目的：探讨全方位护理对COPD患者PaO2、PaCO2、FEV1指标及生活质量的影响。方法：将平均年龄(70.51 ± 1.18)岁的多例COPD患者分为I组和II组。单号分为I组，双号位II组，均38例，前一组采用一般护理，后一组在I组的护理方案上进行全方位护理，观察I组和II组患者肺功能、PaO2、PaCO2及生活质量的影响。结果：I组和II组COPD患者经过4周干预后，II组的肺功能水平好于I组(P < 0.05)；II组COPD患者PaO2水平均高于I组(P < 0.05)，II组PaCO2低于I组(P < 0.05)；I组和II组干预前生活质量评分相比差距较小(P > 0.05)，相比之前干预后上述因素分数升高(P < 0.05)，II组高于I组(P < 0.05)。结论：全方位护理能够帮助COPD患者加快缓解，改善病情，提高患者肺功能及生活质量，有利于改善预后。
Objective: To explore the impact of comprehensive
care on PaO2, PaCO2, FEV1 and quality of life of COPD patients. Methods:
Multiple COPD patients with an average age of (70.51 ± 1.18) years old were
divided into group I and group II. The single number is divided into group I
