Abstract:

液压系统污染直接影响TBM的正常掘进与使用,及时排查并处理可以有效提高液压油污染处理效率,降低损失。文章基于常见问题案例,结合国标、新处理设备等,研究开发出掘进机液压油污染处理的新工艺。
Hydraulic system pollution directly affects the normal driving and use of roadheader. Timely in-vestigation and treatment can effectively improve the efficiency of hydraulic oil pollution treatment and reduce losses. Based on the common problem cases, combined with the national standard and new treatment equipment, this paper studies and develops a new technology of hydraulic oil pollution treatment of TBM.
