Abstract:

构建大学生学生干部的胜任力模型,首先通过绩优和绩平为标准选取了两组学生干部共15名,对其进行行为事件访谈,访谈内容是要求学生干部详细讲述在学生工作中认为成功和失败的事情各三件。然后通过访谈录音转录的文本进行分析和编码后,检验编码成员之间的一致性,最终得出大学生学生干部的绩优组优于绩平组的核心胜任力包括自律、情绪控制、语言表达、分析判断力、主动性以及成就导向。基于本研究构建的大学生学生干部胜任力模型有着较高的信效度,可以在学生干部任用上提供有针对性的专业参考依据。
To construct a competency model for college student cadres, we first select two groups of 15 student cadres based on the criteria of high performance and average performance, and conduct behavioral incident interviews with them. The content of the interview is to ask the student cadres to describe in detail the success and failure of the student work in three things each. Then, after analyzing and coding the transcribed text through the interview recording, the consistency between the coding members is checked, and finally it is concluded that the core competencies of the high- performance group of college student cadres are better than those of the average-level group, including self-discipline, emotional control, language expression, analysis Judgment, initiative, and achievement orientation. The competency model of university student cadres constructed based on this research has high reliability and validity, and can provide a targeted professional reference basis for the appointment of student cadres.
