中国大学生个人奋斗与主观幸福感的关系:自我效能感的中介作用

Abstract:
本文研究中国大学生个人奋斗与主观幸福感的关系,以及自我效能感在个人奋斗对主观幸福感的中介作用。方法:运用总体幸福感量表、个人奋斗问卷和一般自我效能感量表,对9省市共630名中国大学生进行问卷调查。结果:大学生个人奋斗各维度通过自我效能感间接对大学生主观幸福感的直接效应显著,且个人奋斗各维度与主观幸福感的关系中,自我效能感起部分中介作用。结论:本研究有助于了解中国大学生的个人奋斗是如何影响主观幸福感的,以及提供证据表明自我效能感是影响中国大学生主观幸福感的重要因素。
To explore the relationship between personal striving and subjective well-being of Chinese college students, and the mediating mechanism between personal striving and subjective well-being. Research questionnaires, including General Well-Being Scale, Personal Striving Questionnaires and General Self-Efficacy Scale, were distributed among 630 college students from 9 provinces in China. Results: Personal striving was positively correlated with subjective well-being among Chinese college students, and self-efficacy partially mediated the association between personal striving and subjective well-being. Conclusion: The study contributes to a better understanding of how personal striving increases subjective well-being, providing evidence that self-efficacy are essential factors influencing Chinese college students’ subjective well-being.
