Abstract:

教师人文素养是指教师在人文方面所具有的综合性的素质与修养,是知识理论与实践的统一,并体现了二者相互渗透的关系,在应用文教学中有重要意义。本文拟从提高应用文教师人文素养的必要性和措施两个方面进行分析,以期对应用文实际教学有所裨益。
Teachers’ humanistic literacy refers to the comprehensive quality and accomplishment of teachers in humanities. It is the unity of knowledge theory and practice, and reflects the mutual penetration of the two, which is of great significance in the teaching of practical writing. This article intends to analyze the necessity and measures to improve the humanistic literacy of practical writing teachers, in order to benefit the practical teaching.
