关于建设高等数学教学团队的几点思考

Abstract:

高等数学课程是一门高等学校工科、经管各专业学生必修的公共基础课。基于高等数学课程的重要性，我们首要的任务是建设好高等数学教学团队。本文将根据我校的实际情况，从师德师风建设、课程建设、梯队建设、教育教学、科研创新等几方面对如何建设好高等数学教学团队提出自己的意见与建议。
Advanced mathematics is a compulsory public basic course for students of engineering, economics and management in Colleges and universities. Based on the importance of advanced mathematics curriculum, our primary task is to build a Advanced mathematics teaching team. According to the actual situation of our school, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to build a good teaching team of advanced mathematics from the aspects of teachers’ morality and style, curriculum construction, echelon construction, education and teaching, scientific research and innovation.
