EXAMINING THE POSITIVE CLASSROOM ATMOSPHERE PROVIDING COMPETENCES OF INSTRUCTORS WORKING AT TURKISH TEACHING CENTERSKeywords: ??retim Eleman? Yeterlikleri,S?n?f ?klimi,S?n?f Y?netimi Abstract: The objective of this study is to determine the perceptions of instructors working at Turkish education centers regarding their competences of providing a positive classroom atmosphere and the perceptions of students receiving education at the aforementioned institutions regarding the competences of instructors to provide a positive classroom atmosphere. In the study which is a screening-model quantitative one, it was concluded that instructors had very high perceptions regarding the frequency of instructors to realize their competences of providing a positive classroom atmosphere and students had very high perceptions regarding the competences of instructors to provide a positive classroom atmosphere. It was determined that there was a significant difference between the perceptions of instructors and the perceptions of students which was caused by higher perceptions of instructors than the perceptions of students. It was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the perceptions of students according to the variables of “gender” and “age”. It was also found that there was a statistically significant difference in the perceptions of instructors according to the variable of “professional seniority”
