Renal tuberculosis with Addison's diseaseKeywords: Addison hastal???,renal tüberküloz Abstract: Renal tuberculosis is the result of lymphohematogenous spread of pulmonary tuberculosis. The most important finding of renal tuberculosis is sterile pyuria. Tuberculosis is responsible for 10-15% of Addison's disease in developing countries. Tuberculous adrenal involvement can be seen as bilateral adrenal enlargement, atrophy and calcification. Infection of mycobacterium tuberculosis complex adnexal glands develops hematogenous spreading outcome. Clinical findings may be evident after many years, asymptomatic infection is quite frequent. In this article, a 60-year-old female patient previously diagnosed with Addison's disease (adrenocortical insufficiency) with renal tuberculosis was presented
