Green generation restaurant movement in restaurants: An example of “La Mancha Restaurant”Keywords: Sürdürülebilirlik,Ye?il Nesil Restoranc?l?k,La Mancha Restoran Abstract: In this study, the Green Generation Restaurant program and the La Mancha Restaurant were examined and the program aimed to determine what process the past has followed in the future and what needs to be done to spread the awareness of sustainable restaurants. The Case Study was used in quantitative research design. Sustainability studies in La Mancha Restaurant have been observed and the situations that have been encountered since the implementation of these studies. The Green Generation Catering program has found that the restaurant industry has not shown the expected excitement and therefore the sustainable restaurant movement has not spread
