New Horizons in Organizational Behavior: A Study Among Postgraduate Students

The studies that focused on the behaviors of the employees and their impacts on organizational life have been evolved over time by the context of the environment since the beginning of the 20th century. It is thought that in order to gain an insight into what the organizational behavior discipline will focus on in the future, forecasting the progress in related issues might be useful for future predictions. The purpose of this study which was conducted in a sample of postgraduate students (n=91) who took organizational behavior lectures at the institute of social sciences of a university, was to determine on which issues will be the organizational behavior discipline focused on in the future. The results reflected that the organizational behavior discipline will be focused mostly on ‘virtual organizations’ theme in the future
