Immigration and City: A Cosmopolitan Consideration

The notions of justice and social order has been essential topics of modern political ideals. We need justice and social order to construct a free and safe society according to the principle of the rule of law. In this sense, justice needs liberty to secure the right of property, expression of thought, right to travel, etc. Immigration is to be evaluated as an aspect of humanitarian movement. However, since the scope of the phenomenon of migration in the sociological context is quite broad, this paper aims to discuss whether certain people living in a politically determined country have the right to move another country controlled by a political authority with different justifications including political reasons and right to live in a city
