Front Matter and Editorial

Dear Readers, With our June issue, the technical aspects of the digitalization process of our journal have been completed. By conducting field editorship and digitalization concurrently, we have been able to accelerate the article evaluation process. The frequency of downloading and reading of the articles has proved that it has achieved its aim. Due to the fact that there is an increase in the submitted articles, starting with this issue, the number of articles to be published has been increased. I believe that this will offer a rich and a more pleasant reading experience.
