Conflict of Liberty and Equality in Finding Justice and Social Order

This paper argues that the notions of justice, social order and human nature are essential topics of modern political philosophy. The connection between justice and social order, and liberty brings about a discussion on the right of property and law. Therefore, the main aim of this paper is to review the notions of justice, social order and liberty and to clarify the subject matter in terms of classical liberal perspective. Indeed, Social-political and moral evaluations are based on the concepts of justice. In this sense, social order and human nature are the main theme of political philosophy. What is justice, what is social order, what is human nature? The answers to the question shave provided the emergence of various theoretical perspectives. Since the idea of justice and social order is often taken in tandem and evaluated together, the question of what justice is and how it can be ensured necessarily requires the definition of social order.
