SEHABETTIN UZLUK’S STUDIES ON THE HISTORY OF KONYA

？ehabettin Uzluk, one of the well-educated architects of the Early Republican Period in Turkey, received very little recognition in the literature of architetural history. The fact that he did not work as an architect and lived in Konya might have caused this less recognition. However, although he did not work on his profession of architecture, he did not completely stay away from architecture during his life, and he continued to produce in the field of architecture and art with his studies. In this study, after biographical information was given on Uzluk who wrote in a large scale of topics,his historical and architectural writings on Konya were examined aiming to contribute to the city history of Konya
