The Presence of Uterus Didelphis in the Patient Who Has Eight Weeks Missed Abortus: A Case ReportKeywords: Histereskopi,Missed,Uterus Didelfis Abstract: Mullerian duct anomalies are one of the causes of infertility and poor obstetric history and increase rates of obstetric complications. The incidence of uterine abnormalities is reported as 0.1-3.8%, as well as the incidence of uterus didelphis is estimated as 5% between these abnormalities. When dilation and curettage was performed to our patient who had eight weeks missed abortus, hysteroscopy was applied too in the same seance because of inability to reach the fetal material in the uterine cavity during the procedure. When a single horn was detected in the uterine cavity by hysteroscopy, the vagina and cervix were examined more carefully. Finally, it is determined that the patient had a vaginal septum and double cervix therefore; she had a uterine didelphis.
