Investigation of Psychological Capital Levels of Employees in Bank Sector; Isparta Province Example

In this study, where qualitative research method is adopted, the psychological capital of the individuals who are working in the banks of Isparta province center is examined according to their demographic characteristics. The aim of the study is to explain the positive psychological capital concept and the four components of the psychological capital in the international literature in recent years and to evaluate the psychological capital of individuals working in the banking sector. It has been observed that psychological capital of the bankers, who are working under intense pressure and whose psychological capital is affected negatively by the influence of the modern age, has been weakened especially in recent years. factors affecting the psychological capital of the employees were analyzed. Psychological capital refers to a psychological state that enables organizations to gain competitive advantage, which can be assessed, improved and effectively provided to increase performance in working life. This psychological state is not a distinctive feature that varies according to the condition and situation, but it has a different and different quality depending on the situation.
