Tatmini Abstract: The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between time at work and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is considered as satisfaction with work and work environment and satisfaction with financial rewards. Time at work is examined by working intensity and working hours. Data was collected from 185 hotel employees. Results of regression analysis revealed that work intensity is negatively related to satisfaction with work and work environment and satisfaction with financial rewards. Moreover there is no relationship between working hours and job satisfaction
