PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP MODEL IN THE HEALTH SECTOR IN TURKEY

Healthcare is a public service. In Turkey, these services can be submitted by the government and also with the privatizations emerging as the continuation of liberalization policies in the form of public private partnership. In this context, goods and services previously offered only by the public sector can be given through privatization and various methods in private or public private sector cooperation. In this study, the public private partnership model in Turkey, the integrated health campuses built with this model and the legislative dimension of this project will be underlined. In this study, the advantages and disadvantages of this model were tried to be determined through interviews, various problems that might arise during the application and suggestions for solution were given
