A Solution for the Improvement of the People's Socio-Economic Level Between 1939-1945 Years: Village Type And Public Type Dress ApplicationsKeywords: ?kinci Dünya Sava??,K?ylü Tipi Elbise Abstract: With the start of World War II, People's daily lives were affected by the war environment. In this process, governments went to various restrictions on the way the people lived and brought some prohibitions and rules. These restrictions have also been observed intensively in the clothing industry. Although Turkey did not enter the Second World War, it was involved in the war and was as deeply affected as the states that became parties. The most exposed to the effects of the economic problems caused by the war were the narrow and fixed income. The citizens who suffered from the shortage of food items during the war have become unable to provide their non-food needs with rising inflation and have had to lower their life levels. During the war, nutrition, warming, health needs as well as clothing needs have become an important problem. During the war, many products were introduced to the card system, and clothing assistance vouchers for narrow-income public and civil servants were distributed, and the rate of public exposure to black market was tried to be reduced. However, raw material prices increased, this situation reflected in the price of all kinds of products. There are other ways to improve the living conditions of the people who suffer from economic hardship. The government, which tried to supply food to the citizen, started low-priced production and sales practices covering all the people in the field of clothing. “Village type” and “Folk type dress” applications were made in order to ensure that the people of the village and the city can be dressed at a low price
