The importance of this issue, which has not been dealt with in the past, has forced both the employer and the employees to an adaptation process. However, even if there are problems, the formation of a culture of occupational health and safety will provide benefits for the employees and the employer and will reduce the rate of occupational accidents and occupational diseases in enterprises. The weights of the criteria were evaluated by the Multi-Critical Decision Making (MCDM), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHS) and Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) methods.
