The Relationship Between Personality Characteristics And Entrepreneurship Tendency: Examples Of Kastamonu Univers？ty Faculty Of Economics And Administrative Sciences

ABSTRACT Personality is the integration of the psychological and systems that enable people to adapt to the outside world and that differentiate us from others. The entrepreneurship tendency is all behavioral, intellectual, and behavioral tendencies before a person makes any attempt. There are many important factors in determining entrepreneurship tendency such as family, society, personality characteristics, education. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics and entrepreneurship tendency. The sample of the study is composed of 277 students from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Kastamonu University. Data were collected by face-to-face survey method. Also the collected data is analyzed correlation analysis. Analyzes has been performed with SPSS 20.0 software program. As a result of the analyzes, it has been found that meaningfully relationship between personality characteristics and entrepreneurship tendency . It is expected that the findings will lead to interested persons, businesses and researchers
