When developing successful relationships, one's inner process and psychological state are considered to be important conditions. It was determined that the individuals performing their high level needs improved their interpersonal communication in a positive way. This study are based on Maslow's needs hierarchy and Rogers' self-concept . In this research, the role of self-knowledge, self-actualization, self-transcendence and fully functioning person in interpersonal communication are examined. In this context, the factors included in the model are the first in the literature. It is thought that this study, especially for educators, psychologists and counselors, will help to understand the relationship between individuals' interpersonal communication and psychological state. In order to increase the reliability and validity of this model, it is useful to include structural equation model studies in future studies.
