Early Surgical Repair of Penile Fracture: A Case Report

Penile fracture is the disruption of the tunica albuginea with rupture of the corpus cavernosum. Among the reasons for penile fracture are forced penile manipulation, severe sexual intercourse and many other factors have been presented. Todayconservative treatment is preferred to surgical procedures. In this articlea case of penile fracture who was admitted to emergency department are presented; the short and longterm results of the early surgery are discussed according to the recent literature
