Relationship between demographic characteristic of employees and cyberloafing behaviorKeywords: Sanal kaytarma davran???,Demografik ?zellikler,??g?renler,Otel i?letmeleri Abstract: Cyberloafing is a form of deviant behavior in working life which affect both employees goal and organizational goals. This study examines the relationship between demographic characteristic of employees and cyberloafing behavior in hotel businesses as measured objectively by time spent by individuals on non-work-related purposes. The data used in this paper was obtained via the questionnaire of cyberloafing behavior from employees in 5 and 4-star hotels within the Kemer, Beldibi, ?amyuva, Belek, Kundu, Antalya. SPSS 22.0 statistical program was used to analyze the data that includes three statistical tools (factor analysis, t-test and the one-way Anova). As a result, some demographic characteristic of employees and cyberloafing behaviour had statistically significant. Implications of the findings are discussed
