In this study, the effects of attitudes of tourism students, who are educated at high school, associate degree and undergraduate level, on wages and additional opportunities, were investigated for their desire to make a career in the tourism sector. Erzurum was selected as a research area because of providing high school, associate degree and undergraduate tourism education. The research universe consists of 1536 students studying tourism in Erzurum. The staggered sampling method is preferred as sampling. The data were collected by survey technique.
