Comparative Analysis of the Emotional-Focused Therapy with Other InstitutesKeywords: Duygu Odakl? Terapi Abstract: The Emotional-Focesed Therapy, is the orientation of the person's actions depending on internal emotions and external emotional processes that combining processes that add meaning to human and human nature. For this purpose, it is a theory which is formed to create deep and meaningful internal and external bonds due to the transformation of negative emotion into a positive healthy feeling. Like all other theories, the aim is to help the individual to develop healthy self and social life and develop problem solving skills. The Emotion-Focused Therapy is also a therapeutically intervening process for therapy. The Emotional-Focused Therapy theory is inspired by Client-Centered Therapy, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Rational Emotional Behavior Therapy (BDT) - Experiential and Existential therapy, and has been reviewed with the objectives of modern theories of thought and emotion. In this respect, in this article, similarities and differences with all theories are evaluated so as to which is coming of therapeutic and psychological intervention
