The Enemy Type In Heroitic and Love Turkish Folk Stories

The aim of this study is to determine the enemy type and features of the type in Turkish folk stories n the study which is the subject type research, it is tried to put forth the enemy types with negative characteristics and the features of these types in different perspectives by acting on the fact that literary works do not include only positive features. The type studies which were done on folk stories in the past focus mostly on the Alp/Alperen type based in Dede Korkut stories whereas they focus on bravery and love types in the stories which are about women types and love. It is certain that literary works come into value thanks to existing of conflicts and contrasts. That is, there are negative types besides positive types in literary works. In the past studies, it is seen that the literary works are evaluated especially in terms of positive protagonist of the work that is the enemy type is neglected. In the study, the negative types in folk tales were typologically analyzed. The importance of the study of the enemy type in the Turkish folk tales and the aim of determining their function is more clearly understood
